Shopify and Klaviyo Announce Partnership 

Shopify and Klaviyo’s recently announced partnership promises new features for Shopify Plus merchants. 

But Klaviyo has been part of Shopify’s ecosystem since 2017.

So what has changed?

  • Klaviyo will now be the recommended email solution for Shopify Plus customers globally.

  • This partnership will offer Shopify Plus merchants additional functionality, scalability and support from Shopify’s base-level offering. Exactly what these features will look like will become clear in the coming days.

  • Klaviyo will also receive early access to new Shopify development features.

What does it mean for merchants on other platforms like BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.?

So far, they can continue to use Klaviyo as usual, with Klaviyo even promising new features for them. Read the announcement here.
