Is Your CAC Increasing? It May Not Be All Bad.
We all assume that an increase in cost per acquisition (CAC) means something is wrong.
But it may just be part of scaling your ad spend.
Here’s how to think about an increasing CAC and remain profitable, even as you scale:
Ever heard the phrase "𝘞𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘴"?
Sounds counterintuitive, right?
After all, the best marketers are the ones who are able to reduce their CAC. Aren’t they?

Thanks @samanthalcc!
P.S. This doesn’t mean you should stop testing your creatives, audiences, and landing pages to keep your CAC low, especially if you haven’t hit those 8 figures yet!
#FeaturedAd - Blume
Brand: BlumeCategory: Health & BeautyFormat: Single Image (Feed)
WHY IT WORKS:
Let’s face it. It’s not the best creative you’ve seen.
Admittedly, the image used is great. But the lettering and text placement on it? Not something that would pass most brands’ design teams, right? But that is precisely what makes the ad stand out.
It looks rushed. Like the brand has no time to make a better ad — because their products are selling too quickly! Now there’s a way to create FOMO. And with “Up to 75% Off” it’s no wonder either!
Just goes to show that if you have a great offer, and can create urgency, you’ve won 99% of the battle in D2C!

#BrandedCatalog Spotlight - Craft & Glory
Brand: Craft & GloryCategory: Leather AccessoriesTemplate type: Product image with rotating value props
WHY IT WORKS:
The catalog showcases the brand’s stunning product images, immediately drawing the eye.
The rotating value props are placed in a bar across the bottom of the catalog, conveying important information for shoppers without interfering with the product images.
The logo is added on top to help improve brand recall for shoppers.
