Offering discounts through welcome pop-ups on your website?
But how do you tell how many of those users really needed to be incentivized?
Here’s how you can optimize the time delay before you show the pop-ups:
I see many brands showing a 10-25% welcome popup offer within 10-15s of the first visit, giving away margins unnecessarily.
Find a baseline revenue and contribution margin per session, then test in reduction of 5s from 60-90s until you reach the best delay.
