Put The Most Under-Utilized Asset On Your Website To Work
You know we work hard to bring you the best advice in DTC.
But sometimes, the simplest tip is the best one.
But also the easiest to forget.
Until someone like @dylanander comes along and reminds us. Here’s his latest CRO hack:
CRO HACK #353

Thinking About Advertising on YouTube? Here’s How To Start.
Have you been thinking of sponsoring creators on YouTube?
This thread by @natelagos of Original Grains shows how you can generate 8X ROAS by collaborating with the right influencers:

With some of the most engaged audiences online, YouTube may be just the place to start testing sponsored content.
But how should you find the right creators?
Good old YouTube search.
As Nate says in the replies, “We just search on YouTube for things our customers would be interested in, and then find the creators’ IG handles and message them.”
Excited to try this approach? We know we are!
PRO TIP: If you’re testing sponsored content, a timed sale or a promotion is a good time to do so as it’s easier to measure returns. But make sure you have the inventory to support it and spell out clear timeframes for the content to be posted.

But there are some things you should just never do in your Meta ad account.
In this thread, @IstvanicMarin lists some of the worst mistakes he’s seen in his audits of over 100 ad accounts in 2023:

NOTE: Numbers 6 and 7 are more common than you’d think.
Learning from your mistakes is precious — but in this case, we’d say it’s best to learn from others’ mistakes and altogether avoid making them yourself!
